ground shipping may take between 1-5 business days. For international customers, we encourage you

shipping on all Zogics branded cases of wipes, cleaners, body care, & fitness accessories, with
no minimum, as well as free shipping on most orders over $299. Free shipping is only available on
ground shipping to commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. More detailed

Do you ship
Yes. We regularly ship to

How can I keep
shipping costs down?
Because some of our products can get
pretty heavy, shipping can get expensive. There are, however, a few ways to keep shipping costs

What is your
Important Note: During this unprecedented
health crisis, we are devoting 100% of our resources to shipping potentially lifesaving cleaning
and disinfecting products to those on the front lines. As an “essential business,”
our entire team is operating at full capacity, and we want to protect our employees from
exposure to COVID-19 as much as possible. Therefore, we are temporarily not accepting any
returns in an effort to reduce the chance of bringing contaminants into our warehouse
facilities. However, please note that we are offering an unlimited return policy on all Zogics
branded products, and you will be free to return any such products once we’re able to
return to normal operations.

Absolutely. We’re dedicated to

Do your cleaning
products have a shelf life?
Yes. Our pre-moistened gym wipes and
air fresheners have a shelf life of at least one year. We suggest storing these products in a cool
place out of direct sunlight. Our hand sanitizers have a shelf life of three years.
The gym wipes I
received dried out. What happened?
The only time a roll of our wipes will
dry out is when they are mistakenly taken out of their plastic bag. As per the label directions,
please be sure to keep the roll in the bag. To use, cut a small hole in the bag (about 2”) and
pull the wipes through. If these instructions are followed, the wipes generally stay wet for as long
as it takes to go through the roll. Always refer to the instructions on the individual wipe label,
as the installation process can differ.
Each of our three gym wipe products has different
moisture levels, with our Sanitizing Wipes being the least wet and our Antibacterial Wipes being the
most wet. The most popular option is our Wellness Center Wipes, which fall in between the
