- New, undamaged, unused products can be returned within one year for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees) with no expiration date. Return Window: The return window starts at the time of successful delivery. The return window for new, undamaged and unused products is one year from the time of successfully delivery. The customer must simply begin the returns process within the return window time frame.
We do not charge a restocking fee on the majority of our products. However, we do have to cover a 15% restocking fee on large, bulky items. This applies to certain products from the following brands: York, Elkay, Troy or Excel (XLERATOR).

Used Zogics products that just aren’t working out for one reason or another can be returned at any time. Your satisfaction is very important to us. It’s why we offer a guarantee on every product we make. Our return policy is simple: just ask and we’ll give you a full refund (minus shipping charges) on any Zogics product. Best part? Our return policy never expires.
For all other products – most of the brands we carry offer extensive, industry leading manufacturer’s warranties. If you encounter an issue with your item and would like to inquire about the warranty, please refer to the specific product page for your item for warranty details. Always contact the manufacturer of your item for direct warranty questions. Return Window: The return window for these products is 60 days. The window of time starts from the time of successful delivery. The customer must simply begin the returns process within the return window time frame.
If we made an error or your item(s) arrived damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record if possible. Save any shipping cartons, boxes and the damaged product, and fill out our Return Request form below. We will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.
