Suppliers, purity, concentration & processing of all individual ingredients have to be approved, with strict statistical limits on all.

Why haven’t I heard of electrolyzed water? add

The technology to make electrolyzed water has actually been around for over 50 years, where it’s produced in industrial-size equipment costing $10,000+. Force of Nature has scaled it down for your facility and your wallet in their patented appliance. Salt, water and vinegar are converted to electrolyzed water when an electrical current changes the chemical composition of the solution into two new ingredients - hypochlorous acid and sodium hydroxide. Hypochlorous acid, the anti-microbial that kills germs and odors, and Sodium hydroxide, the detergent that dissolves grease, grime, dirt, soap scum and residues.

Has Force of Nature been tested by an independent party? add

Yes. Does Force of Nature kill SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19? add

Force of Nature is on EPA’s List of Disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. The EPA has invoked the Emerging Viral Pathogen policy, where disinfectants can be included on List N because they: 1.Demonstrate efficacy against a harder-to-kill virus; or 2. Demonstrate efficacy against another type of human coronavirus similar to SARS-CoV-2. Force of Nature is approved for use against SARS-CoV-2 because it has proven efficacy killing Norovirus, which is a harder-to-kill virus. Force of Nature can be used against COVID-19 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Norovirus on hard non-porous surfaces.

Does Force of Nature have a scent? add

Force of Nature has zero added fragrances but it does have a light, clean swimming pool scent. The scent is naturally created when salt, water & vinegar are electrolyzed. Hypochlorous acid, the antimicrobial ingredient in Force of Nature, is a type of chlorine (hence the pool scent). Many people don't know that there are different types of chlorine. Hypochlorous acid is actually the same substance your immune system produces to fight infection. And because it's so gentle, it's commonly used in wound healing, eye care & veterinary care products.

Does it work with hard water or well water? add

If you have hard water (> 100ppm), Force of Nature recommends a water softener, bottled water, or reverse osmosis filtered water instead of tap water. This is because the minerals in the hard water can shorten the life of the appliance.

Why does the Force of Nature solution only last 2 weeks? add

Just like bubbles in a carbonated drink, hypochlorous acid starts to dissipate over time. To be absolutely sure Force of Nature is at its optimal disinfecting power, you should use it within 2 weeks. The bottle is 12 oz, vs a typical cleaner which is around 26-32 oz, so most families use about a bottle a week when they use it for all their multi-purpose-purpose cleaning & disinfecting needs (ie replacing bleach, deodorizers, kitchen, bath & glass cleaners). Families who also use it on floors & rugs use even more. Because it has no harmful chemicals, you can dispose of any unused product right down the drain.

On what types of surfaces can I use Force of Nature? add

Force of Nature can be used virtually anywhere for any job requiring cleaning, deodorizing or disinfecting.

In the kitchen, Force of Nature cleans sticky messes, grease & grime while killing odors & germs like Salmonella when used as directed. Use it on counters (including sealed stone like granite, marble, quartz, wood, laminate), glass, appliances (including on stainless steel), even on food trays & cutting boards. On glass & stainless steel, because Force of Nature has no drying accelerants like ammonia or alcohol based cleaners do, wipe with a clean cloth or paper towel until the surface is completely dry.

In the bathroom, Force of Nature kills 99.9%* of germs when used as directed, and also kills odors and removes soap scum. Use it on all bathroom surfaces including grout, tile, sealed marble, porcelain, glass and high touch areas like doorknobs and faucets. For surfaces where you currently use an abrasive like a scrub brush (for example with soap scum), with Force of Nature you simply use the same brush. Depending on surface porosity and build up, you may need a mild abrasive like baking soda with your scrub brush the first few times. Force of Nature is also great in the nursery for diaper pails, changing pads, and baby toys.

In pet areas, Force of Nature cleans, disinfects and deodorizes stains and odors with no harmful residues or fumes. Use on kitty litter, pet toys, bedding, even pet accidents on rugs. Always test for color-fastness in an inconspicuous spot and let dry before proceeding.
