With multiple warehouses in the U.S. and Canada (Massachusetts, Minnesota, Tennessee, Utah, Toronto) delivery time for standard shipping via UPS Ground to any of the 50 U.S. states is, on average, 1-5 business days. If you are located in Canada, note that we have a new warehouse in Ontario to best serve you with low rates and fast shipping times.

Free Shipping Details

Enjoy free shipping on all Zogics branded wipes with no minimum order. Some exclusions apply. Please see individual product pages for details, and note that if extra shipping services are required, such as residential delivery, inside delivery, or lift gate, additional fees will apply. 

Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping applies only on ground shipping to commercial addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Normal shipping rates apply on orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Normal shipping rates also apply to all international orders. 

Freight Shipping: Pallet Orders

Pallet orders are shipped via freight. In order to expedite your shipping and ensure a smooth delivery, simply select your delivery option from the Delivery Location dropdown menu on the pallet product page: “Ground level” (Liftgate needed) or “Above ground level”. If you don’t request a liftgate but you need one, your shipment may be delayed and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee if your items are returned to our warehouse.

Also, for all freight orders, it’s imperative that someone is available to receive the shipment during normal business hours (9a-5p). Pallet orders are delivered curbside—the customer will be responsible for moving pallets from curbside to inside their facility.

Shipping Verification

We reserve the right to hold shipments until payment and delivery information is verified. This measure is to keep all respective parties safe and secure from fraud. The security of your personal information is important to us.

Change of Address After Placing an Order

You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped. Items are shipped as quickly as possible, so this option is usually only available until the end of the day on which you placed your order. Please contact us at hello@zogics.com or call 888.623.0088 to update your address.

Once your order is in transit, you may no longer be able to change the shipping address. If the carrier allows us to change the delivery address, you will be charged a fee per package. Please ensure the correct address is used when checking out.

Are nonprofits and tax exempt organizations exempt from state sales tax collection?

Yes, nonprofits and tax exempt organizations will not be charged state sales tax. Please send us a copy of your documentation to hello@zogics.com and we will make sure you’re marked as tax exempt in our system.

APO/FPO Addresses

Most orders are delivered via Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories (other than Puerto Rico). Please allow extra time for delivery.

International Orders

We regularly ship to international customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us to work out logistics for your international order. We also warehouse our top products in Ontario to best serve our Canadian customers with low rates and fast shipping times.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees & taxes to the carrier upon delivery. The order shipping fee from Zogics does not include customs fees & taxes. Please note orders may be split into multiple shipments based on availability.

Returns

Unless we goofed on your order, you will pay return shipping on any items you need to exchange or send back. To return an item, you will first need to fill out a return request. For more on return, review our return policy.
