The Tornado Floorkeeper FKS20 orbital scrubber gives facility teams a 20" walk-behind auto scrubber that cleans daily and strips finish without chemicals. Its orbital pad applies adjustable down pressure of 75 or 100 lbs, so the same machine handles routine scrubbing in schools, gyms, and healthcare corridors and chemical-free finish removal between recoats. It ships with two 12V wet lead-acid batteries for up to 4 hours of run time.

At 63 dBA, the scrubber is quiet enough for daytime cleaning in occupied buildings. A 30" squeegee picks up all the solution, even on 180-degree turns, which reduces slip-and-fall risk.
