The Austin Air HealthMate filter is the everyday choice for standard-size Austin Air purifiers. Over 780 cubic inches of activated carbon and zeolite handle common odors and gases from cleaning products, cooking, and daily foot traffic, while 60 sq. ft. of medical-grade HEPA captures dust, pollen, and other airborne particles. It suits offices, waiting rooms, classrooms, and other shared spaces.

HealthMate or HealthMate Plus Filter?

Choose this HealthMate filter for general air quality and everyday odors. If the space deals with heavier chemicals, such as off-gassing from new furniture or paint, salon or print-shop fumes, or traffic exhaust, the HealthMate Plus filter adds potassium iodide-impregnated carbon for VOCs, formaldehyde, and benzene.

Four-Stage Carbon and HEPA Filtration

• Stage 1: Large Particle Pre-filter. Removes particles easily seen by the naked eye (e.g., dust, hair, and pet dander).
• Stage 2: Medium Particle Pre-filter. Removes finer particles (e.g., molds, spores, and pollen).
• Stage 3: Over 780 cubic inches of activated carbon and zeolite. Removes chemicals, gases, and odors.
• Stage 4: 60 sq. ft. of true medical-grade HEPA. Removes 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns and 99% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns.

This standard-size filter is made for the HealthMate and HealthMate Plus. It also fits other standard-size units, including the Allergy Machine and Bedroom Machine. Each filter is built to run up to 5 years under normal residential use. Swapping the Austin Air standard pre-filter regularly keeps dust and hair off the carbon and HEPA stages between filter changes.
