Citric acid does the disinfecting in ecoPRO, a plant-based wipe for hard, non-porous surfaces in commercial and facility settings. Zogics ecoPRO Plant-Based Disinfecting Wipes are EPA-registered (Reg. No. 34810-37-84918) and meet U.S. EPA Design for the Environment (DfE) Product Criteria. Each case holds four 800-count rolls, 3,200 wipes in all, made in the USA.
A Citric Acid Alternative to Bleach- and Quat-Based Disinfectants
The cloth is regenerated cellulose, a plant-based substrate, and the formula carries biodegradable detergents. ecoPRO is bleach-free and quat-free, and the wipes are biodegradable. A light pink grapefruit scent suits facilities with fragrance-sensitive members, and the wipes leave most hard, non-porous surfaces streak-free.

The 800-count rolls fit most Zogics wipe dispensers, including the stainless-steel floor dispenser and the wall-mounted Z500-U. Contact Times by Organism
SARS-CoV-2 is the fastest kill, at 30 seconds. At 2 minutes, the label covers Staph aureus and Salmonella enterica, and Hepatitis B and C follow at 3 minutes. Five minutes is the contact time for most label organisms, MRSA and Influenza A among them. A full 10 minutes covers Acinetobacter baumannii and Canine Parvovirus. Rinse food-contact surfaces with potable water after use.
