AIREX Balance Pad Mini

AIREX Balance products are active therapy and training devices made of the familiar soft AIREX foam material to promote mobility, stability and balance. The Balance-pad Mini is the new version of the proven best seller Balance-pad. Its special waffle structure on the top and bottom makes it slip-resistant and simultaneously provides pleasant stimulation for the foot receptors during barefoot balance training. The thickness of 6 cm gives the Balance-pad Mini the desired destabilizing characteristics. Due to the yielding foam the body is constantly challenged in order to maintain balance and stabilize the joints. More and deeper muscles are trained as a result compared to performing the same exercises without the Balance-pad Mini. The control functions of the brain are activated and the receptors in the area of the joints and fascia system are stimulated more strongly.

Training with the Balance-pad Mini can purposefully improve conditional and coordinative abilities in combination for example strength, endurance, differentiation and balance. It is mainly used in Functional Training. The smaller training area is ideal for one-legged and single-handed functional exercises as well as for dynamic training. We recommend using an AIREX mat underneath as the ideal complement especially for exercises that are performed for example while lying down or in the side push-up position. The closed-cell, very soft foam material absorbs neither moisture nor dirt. It is very durable and the antimicrobial hygiene treatment keeps even aggressive cMRSA bacteria in check.

Care Tips

• Use the products barefoot or in socks (no sneakers)
• If your products get dirty, clean them with ordinary soapy water. Disinfection is not going to be necessary thanks to integrated Sanitized protection!
• Let the AIREX products air dry thoroughly if they get wet (they can also be used outdoors)
