What are your hours of operation?
Serving you is a priority to us, so we make it a point to have someone on call throughout the day. Oftentimes that means we answer phones and emails outside of regular business hours. Have a question or wish to place an order? As much as humanly possible, you can reach a Zogics representative between the hours of 7 am – 7 pm EST.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. It's why we offer a guarantee on every product we make. Our return policy is simple: just ask and we'll give you a full refund (minus shipping charges) on any Zogics product. Best part? Our return policy never expires. Please contact us before sending any returns! Our return address is 10 Valley Street, Lee, MA 01238, which accepts UPS & FedEx deliveries only. USPS cannot deliver here.
Products not made by Zogics, such as XLERATOR, Elkay, Sanitaire, ProTeam, Simplehuman, Stroops and Philips, are backed by extensive industry leading warrantees. Please see individual product pages for details.
Do you offer Live Chat support?
Yes, we do! During business hours, you can find an orange "live chat" tab at the right hand side of our site. Click on the tab, and ask away. If the tab just says "help", it means (unfortunately) that we don't have a specialist available to assist via chat. If this happens, you can live a message for us right in the window, or head to our contact page.
How do I subscribe to and unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Want the latest news and the inside scoop at Zogics? Sign up now to receive our email updates. If you’re not feeling it for Zogics anymore, and you want to be removed from our mailing list (was it something we said?), you can click 'Email Preferences' or 'Unsubscribe' in the footer of all of our emails. PLACING AN ORDER
Order confirmations/order status
Immediately after you place your order online, we'll send you an email confirmation. When your order ships, we'll also let you know by email. If you place a phone order, we’ll follow up with a shipping confirmation.
Do you accept purchase orders?
In most cases, yes. Please let us know if you’re interested in submitting a purchase order, and we’ll get you started on the process.
What payment method do you accept?
We take everything, but draw the line at IOUs.

Where can I find coupon codes or discount info?
While we focus on keeping our everyday prices as low as possible, we do offer sales and special promotions on occasion. In fact, we provide coupon codes exclusively through our Facebook page, so if you haven’t liked us yet, let’s connect on Facebook. Also, to keep our lines of communication open, please be sure emails from Zogics.com are on your safe-sender list.
Do you have a low-price guarantee?
Yes! If you find an identical or comparable product for less, let us know and we’ll beat that price.
Do you offer bulk discounts on large orders?
Yes. Quantity discounts are listed on most product pages. For even larger orders, please give us a call and we’ll provide you with a custom discount quote.
Do you offer government sales discounts?
Yes. Zogics is an approved GSA Contractor and a leading supplier of cleaning and disinfecting products to U.S. Military bases around the world. Our GSA Contract Numbers are GS-03F-0146W and GS-07F-0560W. Our CCR, TPIN, and company profile are available upon request. We’re happy to bid on any size order.
How much will shipping my order cost?
Because some of our products, like cleaning supplies, are heavy, shipping can get expensive. There are, however, a few ways to keep shipping costs down:
- We offer free shipping on orders over $699
- Since our cleaning products have a shelf life of at least one year, ordering in bulk is the most cost-effective option.
- Some of our products always qualify for free shipping, such as our AEDs and hand dryers. A number of our products qualify for free shipping below the $699 free shipping threshold - please see individual product pages for more details.
If you're ordering from multiple product categories and feel that shipping seems abnormally high, please contact us. Sometimes we can help you save money by helping you package your order more efficiently.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly ship to international customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us for ordering and shipping information outside the US. If you are located in Canada, note that we have a warehouse in Ontario to best serve you. If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, be sure to checkout zogics.com.au.
What holidays affect shipping?
Our freight carriers do not ship on the following holidays, so please keep these dates in mind when anticipating the arrival of your order:

What types of products do you sell, and can I request a product?
We aim to be a one-stop shop for all the business products you need. Need something we don't offer? We love getting product suggestions. In fact, when one of our customers makes a product request, we're often in the fortunate position of being able to make our source your product idea. Let's talk! Can I write a product review?
Yes, we appreciate your feedback on the products we sell. You can leave a review on any of our product pages.

Where can I find Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
Do your cleaning products have a shelf life?
Yes. Our pre-moistened gym wipes and air fresheners have a shelf life of at least one year. We suggest storing these products in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Our hand sanitizers have a shelf life of three years.
The gym wipes I received dried out. What happened?
The only time a roll of our wipes will dry out is when they are mistakenly taken out of their plastic bag. As per the label directions, please be sure to keep the roll in the bag. To use, cut a small hole in the bag (about 2”) and pull the wipes through. If these instructions are followed, the wipes generally stay wet for as long as it takes to go through the roll. Always refer to the instructions on the individual wipe label, as the installation process can differ.
Each of our three gym wipe products has different moisture levels, with our Sanitizing Wipes being the least wet and our Antibacterial Wipes being the most wet. The most popular option is our Wellness Center Wipes, which fall in between the two.

Will you donate products to our cause?
Zogics has a long history of supporting worthy causes, including donating products to charity bike rides, and donating hand sanitizer to disaster relief efforts (we rushed hand sanitizer to a field hospital in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake). If you have a request, please contact us for details. In the event that we’re unable to donate products to your cause, there's a chance we could offer them at cost.
