Add new challenge in your exercises with this 10" Mini Stability Ball from Merrithew and achieve a full-body workout while improving posture! Strategically place the ball to tone hard to reach areas by creating levels of instability that activate your deepest stabilizing muscles and bring awareness to your form. Try using the ball in sitting, standing or lying work to target arms, abs, buns, and thighs. Add new dimensions to core and muscle activation in your Pilates, yoga, or functional strength training. Larger size creates a large base of support for users and accommodates larger body sizes.
Note: Mini Stability Balls are subject to a sizing variance of 0.59" depending on inflation and manufacturing variance. We recommend inflating to your preferred level of firmness and intended use. A slightly deflated ball, provides more stability during exercises where a firmer ball makes for a more challenging workout.
To inflate your Merrithew Mini Stability Ball, remove the plug from the ball, insert included straw, blow to inflate to desired firmness, and replace plug. A small pump can also be used if you have one
