FAQs - Ordering from Zogics

What are your hours of operation?

We are here to serve you and generally have someone on call throughout the day, which means we often answer phones and emails beyond our regular working hours. If you have a question or wish to place an order, please contact us at your convenience. A Zogics representative can usually be reached between the hours of 7am and 9pm EST, even on weekends.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we make. Our return policy is simple: we will offer a full refund on any Zogics product upon request. This return policy never expires.  Products not made by Zogics, such as Xlerator hand dryers and Philips AEDs, are backed by extensive industry leading warrantees.  Please see individual product pages for details.  

Do you accept purchase orders?

Generally, yes. Please contact us if you are interested in using a purchase order and we will help you get set up.

Where can I find coupon codes or discount info?

While our focus is on making sure our pricing is always the lowest it can be, we do sporadically offer a good sale or special promotion. We certainly do not want you to be left out, so please be sure emails from zogics.com are on your safe-sender list and that you have “liked” us on Facebook and are following us on Twitter (hint: we often announce promotions exclusively to our Facebook followers).

Do you have a low-price guarantee?

Yes. If you find an identical or comparable product for less, let us know and we will beat that price.

Do you offer bulk discounts on large orders?

Yes. Quantity discounts are listed on most product pages. For even larger orders, please contact us and we will calculate a customized discounted price-quote for you.

Do you offer government sales discounts?

Yes. Zogics is an approved GSA Contractor and a leading supplier of cleaning and disinfecting products to US Military bases around the world. Our GSA Contract Numbers are GS-03F-0146W and GS-07F-0560W. Our CCR, TPIN, and Company Profile are available upon request. We are happy to bid on any size order.

SHIPPING

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Because some of our products, like our cleaning supplies, are heavy, shipping can be expensive. There are, however, a few ways to keep shipping costs down:

  • When purchasing our wipes, ordering cases in even quantities (i.e., 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.) will get you a lower shipping rate.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar threshold (see our Shipping and Return Policies). Since our cleaning products all have a shelf-life of at least one year, ordering in bulk does not pose a problem.
  • Some of our products always qualify for free shipping, such as our AEDs and hand dryers. See individual product pages for details.
  • If you are ordering from multiple product categories and feel that shipping seems abnormally high, please give us a call at 888.623.0088. Sometimes our employees can come up with more efficient ways of packaging an order than our website, and shipping may be less.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We regularly ship to international customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us for ordering and shipping information outside the US. If you are located in Canada, note that we have a warehouse in Ontario to best serve you. If you are located in Australia or New Zealand be sure to checkout zogics.com.au.

What holidays affect shipping?

Our freight carriers do not ship on the following holidays; keep them in mind when anticipating the arrival of your order:

Where can I find Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)?

Do your cleaning products have a shelf-life?

Our pre-moistened gym wipes and air fresheners have a shelf-life of at least one year. Storing these products in a cool place out of direct sunlight is suggested. Our hand sanitizers have a shelf life of at least three years.

The gym wipes I received dried out. What happened?

Almost without exception, the only time a roll of our wipes will dry out is when they are mistakenly taken out of the plastic bags. As per the direction on our labels, please be sure to keep the rolls in the bags. To use, cut a small hole in the bag (about 2”) and pull the wipes through. Following these instructions, the wipes will generally stay wet for as long as it takes to go through the roll.

Our three gym wipe products each have different moisture levels, with our Value Wipes being least wet and our Premium Antibacterial Wipes being most wet. Our Wellness Center Wipes fall somewhere in the middle and are our most popular.

Will you donate your products to our cause?

In addition to donating 1% of all sales to land preservation organizations, Zogics has a long history of supporting worthy causes, including donating CitraWipes to charity bike rides and donating hand sanitizer to disaster relief efforts (we rushed hand sanitizer to a field hospital in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake). If you have a request, please contact us with information. In the event we cannot donate products to your cause, we may be able to offer them at cost.

Is there someone I can contact for information on an article I’m writing?

Yes. Send an email to hello@zogics.com and we will help as best we can. Given our expertise in helping people clean, keep safe and reduce their environmental impact, we are frequently asked to contribute commentary and editorial content. 

Topics we are often asked about include:
